Strategic Notes
Competitive Position: No competitor makes ARCH covers, D-Shape rigid covers, or Shield combos. FlexPro Armor owns those segments exclusively. PCC is cheapest at $124-$139 (vinyl over polycomb). Klein is most expensive at $232-$283. FlexPro Armor sits in the premium middle with vastly superior product (3-panel rigid, hand made USA).
Price Increase Impact: 19 SKUs increased April 7. Biggest jumps: D-Shape Transmission +$175 (to $1,050), D-Shape MSP +$185 (to $1,100), Upper Control Cover +$70 (to $285). All justified by zero competition in those segments. Orders already quoted at old prices honor those prices.
Aerial Hydraulics Exception: Aaron gave one-time $185 on 1-Man BC (April 7) as a favor due to troubles. Normal dealer price is $195. Their dealer list prices are set in QB Price Rule “Dealer Discount.”
